Sentlio operates on a subscription-based model. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees using your chosen payment method.

• Charges are applied immediately upon checkout.
• Plans renew automatically unless canceled.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in providing flexibility to our users:

Free Trial

• New users may access a 7-day free trial (if applicable).
• No charges apply during this period.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Refunds

• We offer a no-questions-asked refund within the first 48 hours of purchase if you are unsatisfied.
• After this window, no partial or full refunds will be issued unless required under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
